ONECITY PRO-AM
In 2005, when Brad and Colleen Johansen first established the golf event now called the OneCity Pro-Am, they could not have imagined the tremendous impact it would have on improving the lives of the people of our city in the areas of literacy, self-sufficiency, personal growth and healthier living. After seven successful years and over a million dollars raised, the reach and impact of our mentoring initiatives is improving our city, two lives at a time!
This year and for the third straight year, the OneCity Pro-Am (held June 26-27, 2011) included Professional golfers as well as local celebrities at the beautiful Triple Crown Country Club in Union, KY. Hosted by Brad Johansen and PGA Tour pro golfer Steve Flesch, the event included Brad’s local celebrity friends as well as Steve’s fellow PGA Tour professionals. The OneCity Pro-Am, the only event in the region featuring PGA Tour professionals, was once again a smashing success!
I'm thrilled to partner in furthering OneCity's efforts to help improve the lives of the people of our city. I would like to thank my friends on the Tour for being a part of this, and thank you for joining us in this endeavor!
—Steve Flesch, PGA Tour Pro
Because of your generosity, we've grown from a vision to raise a few thousand dollars to support OneCity's mission, to making a million-dollar difference in Cincinnati!
—Brad Johansen, Sports Director, Local 12 Cincinnati
