CITYLINK
Our Mission
Provide an integrated path to holistic life change for those in need through the love of Christ.
Who Are We
CityLink is a collaborative project founded by OneCity with five resident social service providers (CityCure, City Gospel Mission, Crossroad Health Center, Jobs Plus and Lord's Gym) and 5 local churches (Christ Emmanuel, Crossroads, New Jerusalem Baptist, New Life Temple and Vineyard Springdale) and has since grown to have the support of dozens of local churches.
What We Do
CityLink will implement and maintain integrated best-in-class programs, systems and facilities, mobilize and train a committed volunteer base, develop and nurture strategic community relationships through neighborhood partners, churches and social service agencies, develop and maintain a financially sustainable center and fight the systems of poverty by being an advocate for the poor.
The Need
- More than 25% of Cincinnati residents live in poverty
- 33% of Cincinnati's kids live in poverty
- Cincinnati is 3rd on the list of cities with the highest poverty rate in the country, ahead of LA, NY and Chicago
- 1980 - 20% of Cincinnati residents live in poverty. 2009 - 28% of Cincinnati residents live in poverty

We must do better and CityLink will pave the way!
The Impact
Similar multi-service centers in other US cities have had great success in their areas!
- 60% success rate determined by self sufficient living for over a year (Father Joe’s Village in San Diego)
- Crime rate surrounding the campus has decreased an average of 14% per year since its opening in fall 2005 (Haven for Hope in Phoenix, September 2007)
- The number of homeless living in the city down 83% since the center opened! (Community Partnership for Homeless Inc. in Miami, January 2008)
We believe CityLink will be a place of restoration, relationship, and hope and we anticipate terrific results for the people of Cincinnati who will be a part of it.
