CityLink participants connect to one another and the right combination of
services.

Every person, no matter what their economic background, is greeted exactly
the same -- with dignity and appreciation for being part of the community.
Initial screen, id check/”membership” card swipe
Discuss available services/activities - admittance for open activities.
Guests interested in long-term transitional housing apply with Case
Management.
- Case Management/Planning
Participants work with trained counselors to determine best combination of
services, activities and people to meet with in order to obtain their life
goals.
- Services/Activities
Participants attend various programs, classes and activities according to
interests, schedule and life plan.
