CityLink Site Selection Criteria
We had 9 site selection criteria
- Size/Space – 5 acres
- Parking – for hundreds of daily volunteers/staff
- Safety – safe for hundreds of volunteers/staff/clients
- Population – close to people living in poverty
- Accessibility – easy to get to on foot, near bus lines or highways
- Affordable – private funding, good stewardship
- Zoning – for multiple organizations under one roof
- Other – no environmental concerns, etc
- Availability - for sale
