There are roughly 600 people involved in Whiz Kids around Cincinnati.

“At first, I worried a bit about how much I could offer these children
having had no children of my own or formal teaching experience...I've learned
how priceless it is to hear 'Ms. Kimberly!' when I arrive at the beginning of
each afternoon... I've learned how much these children teach me, and how they
are inspired with a simple 'good job' or 'that's beautiful!' Finally, I've
learned that it is impossible to teach anything without the willingness to
learn yourself!
