TeamWorks - How Does It Work?
Each qualified mentor will be assigned one Cincinnati Works job member.
The mentor’s responsibility is to be a solid role model, an encourager, a
sounding board and a good reference point for employment and personal and
spiritual issues.
Each mentor will be connected with a small team of 4–6 mentors and an
equivalent group of Cincinnati Works job members providing a network of
support and extended resources. The mentoring relationship and the team meet
monthly, with the view to build friendships and achieve personal goals.
